Ralph to Run?

ralphdontrun.net makes a good case for Ralph Nader not to run this time around.

My wife feels very strongly that it was not his fault that Gore lost last time around arguing that it was up to Gore to earn the votes. He didn’t earn them, he didn’t win (and until she starts up her own weblog (hint, hint) you’ll have to make due with that paraphrase of her position on this). But until I get home and get an earful, I agree with this site. 🙂

Kerry and Bush: 1968-1973

Kerry’s War Record compared to Bush’s

An illuminating comparison.

While I think this does matter, what I find far more telling is how quiet so many on the right are being. I defy anyone to tell me that if the roles were reversed the right would be quiet. If it turned out a Democrat (especially Clinton) had not shown up the way Bush allegedly did not show up) they would feed him to the wolves.

But it’s their boy who did it so it’s somehow OK and we just sweep it under the rug.

At some point, you have to put aside your partisan politics and honestly, HONESTLY, ask yourself: who has more honor and integrity?
