I used to collect Tarot decks. I still have all of them. Two Crowley, one “Smallest deck ever” and one slightly larger. An Aquarian, a Karma, and a bunch more I cannot recall. (I also own about 20 different Scopa/Briscola decks Ann and I collected in Italy, but that’s not important right now). I would love to get my hands on the non-existant 80’s Tarot deck. This is pure genius. Alas, I can’t imagine the author’d be able to get all the clearance for the various photographs they’d need to publish this…

Sketchbook
Kevin Cornell’s Sketchbook website is simply gorgeous. And it’s a wonderful idea as well.
I have long been obsessed with sketchbooks (I’m an avid Moleskine fan) — but my handwriting is terrible and the only thing I can really draw are these horribly ugly profiles of people, usually screaming with bad teeth. Those of you who have seen them know what I’m talking about. Maybe I’ll scan one in later if you’re really good and ask nicely.
Then again, why be afraid of bad handwriting/drawing? Practice makes perfect and there’s no reason to inflict the contents of my notebook on others. If it’s just for me, who cares?
Anyway, the site referenced above is certainly inspiring…
